The only information this website collects is what you choose to enter into the enquiry form: your name, your email address, an optional telephone number, the area of law you select and the description of your matter.

The site does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics profiling. Images are served from an external image provider, which receives the standard request information any web request carries.

How enquiry information is used

Enquiry information is used to carry out a conflict check, to decide whether the firm is able to act, and to respond to you. It is not sold, rented or used for marketing unrelated to your enquiry.

Confidentiality and privilege

Information sent through the enquiry form before an engagement is confirmed is treated as confidential, but it is not privileged. Please do not send sensitive documents until the firm has confirmed in writing that it can act for you.

Retention

Enquiries that do not result in an engagement are retained only for as long as needed to maintain conflict records. Files relating to matters the firm has acted on are retained in accordance with the firm's professional obligations.

Your choices

You may ask what enquiry information the firm holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where no professional obligation requires it to be kept. Requests can be made through the enquiry form.
